Chris contributes over 30 years of construction experience, spanning roles as a general contractor, high-end superintendent, and project manager. His work includes preservation and historic restoration, as well as fine finish carpentry that reflects a deep appreciation for detail and material integrity. His understanding of construction is both technical and artistic, allowing him to anticipate challenges and elevate outcomes with confidence.
Sean adds a strong foundation in fenestration, project management, finance, and business ownership, shaped by years of operating a respected door and window company. His perspective blends operational rigor with a refined understanding of architectural products and building performance that is essential to the high-end residential projects and estates we support.
